摘要

在人力资源开发与管理中,薪酬管理是一项重要内容。薪酬管理是否科学,薪酬制度是否有效,不仅关系到员工个人的切身利益,还直接影响到企业的人力资源效率和劳动生产率,从而影响企业战略目标的实现。因此,设计一套合理的薪酬制度,使其既有利于企业的可持续发展,又能使员工从薪酬中获得物质上与心理上的满足感,就成为企业自身必须重视并加以解决的问题。
通过在xx资产评估有限公司实习,了解公司的经营特点,对公司的薪酬核算会计制度进行了设计。本文分为三部分:第一部分介绍了公司概况;第二部分介绍了薪酬制度模式的选择,并结合公司实际,选择了基于岗位的薪酬制度模式;第三部分从会计核算和内部控制角度对薪酬制度进行了设计。

Abstract

In human resources development and management, remuneration management is an important element.
