近几年,小型挖掘机市场持续强力增长,诱使众多制造商或扩大产能,或推出新产品,或稳扎稳打地扩大根据地,很多新面孔也迫不及待地在行业里争相亮相。可以肯定的是,在小型挖掘机行业复苏的大气候中,在人们通常关注的知名品牌的主流舞台下,还活跃着不少赶潮者。从某种程度上来讲,对于小挖制造企业,主流与非主流并无大碍,因为大家的销量都在增长,都是受益者。似乎小型挖掘机市场这几年的培育即将开花结果,然而中国的小挖市场实际上暗礁累累,瓶颈不少。如很多企业存在缺乏核心技术,许多重要的部件必须靠进口;许多公司的管理体制不完善,企业文化更是畸形发展,或是产品人性化不够、安全性不高等等问题。尤为重要的是;很多企业进入该行业带有盲目跟风的性质,本未做好充分准备,甚至不清楚该行业前景如何。本文将从行业环境、市场分析、发展趋势分析入手,结合国内企业面临的主要问题,从发展战略、管理体制、企业文化、营销策略等方面提出建议。

The as if small excavator market these years cultivation soon blossoms and bears fruit, however China slightly digs the market in fact hidden rock countless, the bottleneck many. Many companies' management systems are imperfect, the enterprise culture is the malformed development, perhaps the product human nature insufficient, the security is no thigh and so on the question. Especially more importantly; Very many enterprises enter this profession to have blindly with the wind nature, this has not prepared for full, even not clear this profession prospect how. This article from the profession environment, the market analysis, the development trend analysis will obtain, the union domestic enterprise will face the main question, from aspect and so on developmental strategy, management system, enterprise culture, marketing strategy will put forward the proposal.
