我国水资源现状分析及对策.doc

摘 要
水资源是自然环境的基础，是动植物生存不可缺少的条件，是维持生态系统的控制性要素，同时又是战略性经济资源，为综合国力的有机组成部分。本文通过对我国水资源现状的分析，针对水资源短缺的根本原因，并结合我国水资源分布特点及污染情况，提出了建立系统的节水型社会保障机制，发展节水产业，加强污染治理以及开发新型水资源等建设性措施来缓解我国水资源短缺的问题。

ABSTRACT

Water resource is the foundation of natural environment. It is an indispensable condition for survival of animals and plants and a key element of maintaining the ecosystem. Meanwhile, it is also a strategic economical resource and an essential component of national strength. By analyzing the present situation of water resources in China, this paper proposes constructive ways to solve the water shortage problem based on the current water resource distribution and pollution there. The ways include establishing systematic water-saving social security mechanism, developing water-saving industry, strengthening pollution control and exploring new available water resources etc.
